I'm wanting to implement a feature which has been available using an external JS code snippet on Chrome for a while now, where a user can copy an image to their clipboard and basically just paste that image into the window, which would upload the image to a certain location.

With Chrome now dropping support for Silverlight, there's no way for our application to utilise this external script which means we can only support IE and firefox now.

Are there any controls with Telerik Silverlight which allows pasting of image data thats on the windows clipboard directly onto the controls?

Hi ,

We haven't been able to come up with a solution to this limitation.

The fact is since the problem's origin is in the Silverlight framework itself, to overcome it you would need to use some sort of external tool. Our search for a browser-independent tool that can provide access to rich-text clipboard has been inefficient and we can't advise on what you can do to achieve the desired result.
