Hi All,

Do Telerik have any plans to create a password strength indicator control for their suite?
I know there are some very good examples out there but it would be nice if there was a Telerik one that could be styled and used in the same way as the rest of the RadControls suite.
Just an idea.

Thanks,

Andy

Hello Andy,

Currently we do not have plans to create our own AJAX password strength control. However you can use the PasswordStrength Extender from the MS AJAX Toolkit alongside with our RadTextBox control - review the code library submission here for more details.

Hi,

I just wanted to update this post to say that there is now a Telerik password strength indicator as part of the RadInput controls. You can find the demos here: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/input/examples/common/passwordstrengthchecker/defaultvb.aspx

Enjoy,
Andy

Hello,

I have answered to your question in another forum thread you have posted - https://www.telerik.com/forums/password-strength-score#XdDZD6yjt0i50jjQ6PASiA

If you have any further questions, I would suggest continuing the communication in the other thread only.
