I tried that. I right clicked on my radPanelbar and radPanelBarItem and tried to edit their templates. All it did was create this in the xaml:
<ControlTemplate x:Key="RadPanelBarControlTemplate1" TargetType="telerikNavigation:RadPanelBar"/>
<ControlTemplate x:Key="RadPanelBarItemControlTemplate1" TargetType="telerikNavigation:RadPanelBarItem"/>
I didn't see any Styles that I could modify. I've done this before with other Silverlight controls so I am fairly familiar with it, but all it did was give me a "ControlTemplate". I did not see any Styles that I could modify like other Silverlight Controls.
thanks

What is the name of the property or control used to comprise the hover state from Antony's question. I looked at the demo project provided but am still having trouble trying to identify the portion of the code to affect.

Hi Paul,
First we apologize for the delay replay.
In the following video you can see which elements you have to edit in order to change/remove the hover and selected states for second level item in the PanelBarItem control.
Kind regards,
