I noticed on the online demo as well as my own charts that "Pan & Zoom" charts don't react to touch devices such as an iPad.  Is there a future release or any requests to have the feature fixed/added?

I'm afraid this is a known limitation that we look forward to address in future versions. I don't have an ETA for the moment.
