I've inherited some stylesheets from a client and apparently something in their css files is causing the effect that when you click on the PageSizeComboBox to expand it, it expands about 400 pixels to the right of where it should.  Is there any easy css fix I can use for this?  I'd rather not dig through their voluminous stylesheets if at all possible.

Thanks.

New information:  This is happening with I pop up a raddatepicker as well.  And the offset from where I click on the control to where the popup appears decareases as I decrease the width of my window.  The css creates a centered content area and the offset seems to be equal to the distance from the left edge of the page to the left edge of the content.  Does this help?

Oh, and this is happening in IE but not in Firefox.

Hello Laurie,

Please check if the page has elements with absolute position. If so, try setting their position to relative and see if the problem with the RadComboBox and RadDatePicker controls persists.

All the best,

No absolute positioning here.  I just realized that this is happening even worse with the filter dropdowns.  And it IS happening in Firefox as well as IE.  Is there a way I could force a style on these dropdown elements so that they ignore any styles defined elsewhere and position themselves relative to the dropdown buttons?

Hi Laurie,

We could hardly "force" the dropdowns to position as desired but better find the real cause of it. Therefore I would ask you to send as a sample project illustrating the issue in a formal support ticket, or provide live Url of the page where we could observe the issue.

Greetings,
