Hi Mat,
Mist has official support for limited number of OS and browsers, please check the System Requirements help article for list of those. Still we're working on improving the behavior under other OS and devices all the time, but such changes take time.

I'm talking about screen estate here, not specifically asking for iPad support :) BTW works on ipad quite well) using Chrome! But most laptops are only 768pixels deep screen res and the output tab takes around 1/3 of that. In most cases the output doesn't contain anything of value (at least not for AppBuilder for general development). If clicking the tab simply reduced the height to 0 and click again restores it back I just feel it would be a clean. I do understand changes take time, just a suggestions for the browser based editor :)

Yea, from your reply I thought you meant I wanted ipad support :) just trying to clarify
