Is it possible that the OpenAccess Profiler you are using has different version than the version of the OpenAccess product used in the application? Since the first version of the profiler we have changed a few times the format of the data transmitted through the profiler service, and such errors could occur if there is a mismatch in the versions of the service and the service client.
If this is not the case, please let us know, so we can continue investigating the problem.
