Operations on MVC Grid columns

I've two columns in my Grid . on first column i want divide by 2 operation and on the second i want that if the value is greater than zero then a local variable value is green

In order to customize the look of a row or cell in the grid based on a value you can use the approach illustrated in the following thread.

thanks for reply but i've to say that I got the reply after two and half day of my query & i'm afraid that it's not the answer  (It can be my fault so i modify my scenario)

Lets think that i 've a number of rows in my MVC grid and i want to take value of a specific cell at some point let's say 3rd row , 1st col . how i'll make it possible
