I see all the advantages of Open Access above Entity Framework. It's highly customizable, easy to start with and in the long run a lot less of an hassle. Just one thing is missing is the Async options. With all the high scalability demands and async development becoming a true companion, it would be a big win on Open Access yet again. With the Entity Framework they got it right, I know with Open Access it can be done. And maybe even better Async.
