Hi Praveen,
The implementation of the desired scenario will be similar to the online demo Rate and Leave a Comment as you noted. The difference is that you will have to use the show() method of the RadWindow's rich Client API. For your convenience I have prepared a sample project, implementing the suggested approach. Please use it as a reference to incorporate this feature into your actual project.
