This seems like an issue others must have, so I apologize if this has been covered somewhere already... I noticed that when deleting a flash object from design mode in Firefox that it only removes the "embed" portion and not the "object". So it appears to have removed the SWF, but in IE the object code still renders. In Firefox there seems to be no way to remove a SWF from design mode? I was able to test this in your "Editor/Save in Database" example page.

We are aware of this issue and will fix it in the next RadControls release. The fix will also be available in the next internal build upload (http://www.telerik.com/account/latest-internal-builds.aspx). If you decide to go with an internal build, check its release notes first to make sure that the fix is included.
