H Mirosław,

Thank you for this report.
We confirm that this is a bug in the RadDate/TimePicker control. We logged it and will do our best to provide a fix for it in some of our future releases.

Your Telerik points are updated accordingly.

I am seeing this error in my windows universal app and I am not trying to edit a template. Is this still a known bug? Any workarounds? Fix release dates?

Hi Rod,

We aren't aware of such problem with RadDate/TimePicker control if you don't editing its templates.

Is it possible to give us more information regarding it?
What is the version of our controls used? Do you have separate pages for WindowsPhone 8.1 and Windows 8.1? Ideally it will be great if you create a support ticket regarding this problem and include a sample project demonstrating it.

Vladislav
