Hand code it onto the page/usercontrol, since drag drop support is dead. Since there are NO docs, I have no idea if I am remotely close.. None the less it appears to be an issue with most of the controls since I had to completely reinstall / reboot for the namespaces to appear properly and Extension inclusion is broken, nothing was wrong with previous install (Q3 2014?). Everything worked
