Notifications running outside a webpage

Is it possible to run notifications outside webpages ?
On your demo at http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/notification/examples/default/defaultcs.aspx , it seems that notifications are running as a service or outside a webpage. How to do that ?

Hello Juan,

If you look at the page markup of the RadNotification, you'll notice that their using the ShowInterval property of the RadNotification, which causes it to update after a certain amount of time (i.e. 6000  ms).
