In order to assist you better, could you please check the registry settings which are responsible for the proper functioning of the Reporting.
Please, see the attached file for the exact description of the registry keys (this file is for Reporting 1.1). You should replace [SystemFolder]
with the path (in a common widows installation) C:\WINDOWS\system32.
Another path that depends from your installation of the Reporting is [INSTALLDIR].
By default this path is C:\Program Files\Telerik\Reporting 1.1
