I've just noticed that PickerBox content uses nonstandard font size. The problem is in x:Name="PART_ActionButton" Style->FonstSize 17pt instead of 19pt
See the attached screenshot: first box is RadPickerBox, second box is RadListPicker, thir one is TextBlock + TextBox

Please have a look at the attached screenshot. I just created it from a Windows Phone 7 app using the latest Mango build. Please try the picker box from the latest internal build, you can download it from your account on the Telerik website.
