There is a property in Cordova's config.xml
introduced in 2.7 called 'DisallowOverscroll'. This property controls whether the native WebView will "rubber-band" when scrolling has reached a boundary. Since the default value of this property is 'false', Icenium Ion allows this behavior when scrolling. You can turn it off by editing your project's config.xml for your target platform, but it will take effect only in a native build of the app - you won't be able to test this in Ion.
