No icloud option available to upload files from IOS Devices

Hi All,

I was trying to upload files from IOS devices to the server  since to upload document files icloud is only option available, i tried using this plugin https://github.com/Telerik-Verified-Plugins/FilePicker and also https://github.com/jcesarmobile/FilePicker-Phonegap-iOS-Plugin .
I have done the cloud entitlements setting for the provisioning file in my app developer account for that app id. 
Problem is i am not getting the option to upload from icloud, it did come once when i used file input control but when i open the app again, the option does not come again. I tried again on another new phone, it did come first time, but icloud drive did not open even though it was installed on that phone when i used file input control and these plgins. 

This plugin https://github.com/Telerik-Verified-Plugins/FilePicker  even though it is telerik verified always gets error while downloading , i tried building the app in debug and release mode.


Is there any other setting i need to do. Please let me know.
