Hello Eric,
I suppose you're using an Android device, since iOS devices are connected and recognized fairly easy.
First check whether USB debugging is ON on your device and if necessary disconnect/reconnect again. If that does not help, check that your device is recognized by adb (input 'adb devices').
In general if you have many Android devices installed on your PC, their drivers can mess up each other with time and you can try reinstalling (or installing latest).

Hi Eric,
Thanks for the clarification. Such connectivity problem can arise after your iOS device has been reset. This happens because Graphite stores a pairing value for the device and after a reset (even if the UDID did not change) the values don't match any more.
The solution is to delete the pairing values for your iOS device, to do that go to Graphite Options -> Mobile Tab -> expand iOS -> iOS pairing -> Reset.
You would need to reconnect your device or restart Graphite (or both) for the changes to take effect.
Let us know how it goes.
