we noticed that starting from Aug-16 we're no longer receiving any data from any version of the product. This seems really bizarre. Did anything change on your side? Could you please investigate?

I'll look into it right away. One thing I noticed right away is that you have an active filter applied at the bottom. Is that what is "hiding" your data?
I'll check our internal systems and get back to you as soon as possible

Thanks. The filter is just because I?m interested in official releases. You?ll notice there are a bunch of versions, but those ending with a 4-5 digit revision
number are only internal releases which we?re not really interested in.
