No correct Arabic words when exporinting to Excel csv file

some of my grid columns contain arabic words. when I export the grid into excel csv file the arabic words exported incorrectly.
what't the problem?

What do you mean by "incorrect"? Please note that we officially support Unicode content in RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2009 SP1 and later.

I have not problem with arabic words in any rad controls such as grid.
when I transfer the grid content into a csv file the arabic words are transfered incorrectly.
note that when I transfer them into a xls (excel file) everything is ok.
