What is the rule for old customers who renew their licences ?
we'll have also free licences of RadControls for Silverlight and RadControls for WPF ?

Hello Eric,
Customers who have purchased the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX + WinForms + Reporting License and have an active Subscription (the Subscription term for their license has not expired) will receive complimentary licenses for RadControls for WPF and RadControls for Silverlight. Existing customers will also be eligible to receive the free licenses as part of the Special Offer if they renew the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX + WinForms + Reporting Subscription License or if they upgrade to that license.
All customer accounts will be updated and RadControls for Silverlight and RadControls for WPF will be available for download by the end of the day today.
