Need step by step guide to start with Teleric reporting

Hi,
I have downloaded the 'free trial' version from :

http://www.telerik.com/products/reporting.aspx

Now what next to do:

1. I want to use reporting with graph for our sales portal
2. using ASP.net 4 / 4.5
3. using Visual Studio 2012
4. Data Base is SQL server 2008 R2 / 2012

Please help me out with some step by step thread, document OR tutorial to start with.

Check out the Quickstart help articles and the videos at http://tv.telerik.com/. By default the videos are dedicated for beginners. Up to the Graph check out the related help articles.

Dear Team Telerik,
I used this tutorial at: http://www.telerik.com/help/reporting/quick-start-create-simple-report.html
to build a class library.
Now I am trying to use this tutorial: http://www.telerik.com/help/reporting/asp-net-report-viewer-embedding.html
but when I drag n Drop the report viewer as described in the article... and also updated the config file as described in the artcle:
But my design page is shoing error message in reportviewer.
Also for adding 'Report Source' as described at: http://www.telerik.com/help/reporting/report-sources-viewers.html
I can not find 'report Source' in properties window.

This is a known issue regarding the report viewer design time only and it is fixed in the latest available internal build of Telerik Reporting v7.1.13.621. Please download and test it.

Dear Team Teleric,
Thanks for providing the correct build link.
Now what I want is to have some filter criteria GUI, like report based on product name, purchase date, etc... , with a 'search button'.(pls see the pic attached)
How can I Do That.
I looked at the example demo application, but did not find any event being used in these app.
Please help me out..

Hi,
I m using 30 day trial reporting from: http://www.telerik.com/products/reporting/download.aspx
After investing a lot of time by installing -> trying -> uninstalling -> again installing > trying - and so on for several time, then I contacted Teleric team for help for some problems I was facing.
Then I got a reply from teleric (on dated:  15 July 2013) that  the build was having a know issue and I was provided with a link to download correct build, That I did and it worked fine for some time..  Then I face a issue like given bellow:

When I tried to add new data source, I get a blank space with no option to choose from (see attached '*.png').
 
again I uninstall -> the reinstall again and it worked fine for some time but again today the data source selection box is empty.

Is this a Known issue with  the trial version or I am missing something.

Now my second question is:
If I am to use a stored procedure, I know How to add a filter dropdown to provide value (as per tutorial at: http://tv.telerik.com/watch/reporting/sqldatasource/using-stored-procedures-telerik-reporting-with-sqldatasource-component)
But I want to know How to provide a custom filter like a textbox, which user can enter value ( for example a Date text box ( from & To ) ), Please let me know if any tutorial available regarding that.


 Please help me out.

In Telerik Reporting you don't have to use code in order to set up filters based on the user input. Check out the following help resources that elaborate on the topic:
