Hi

When attempting to add a Navigator to a chart with two stacked Column series, the Area series in the Navigator looks to have the correct values in it, but no Range Selector is visible. Using the mouse scroll wheel when hovering over the Area series appears to change the range of the main chart, but still no Range Selector is visible.

Are there any known issues using Navigator with Column series rather than Candlestick?

Regards
Jamie

Hi again

Further to the previous message, I have tried copying the source html from the RadHTMLChart Navigator demo into my solution and it has the same issue with no Range Selector visible. It otherwise behaves the same as on the demo site except for the tooltips being unstyled.
I have the custom css from the demo page so I am not sure why the demo code is not working. It implies that I am missing something, perhaps js or css

Hi Jamie,

I have tried to reproduce the mentioned issue but to no avail - after copying the example from Data Navigation demo locally and changing the Candlestick series to stacked Column series the range selector is still visible. You can watch the short video test in the attached archive and then tell me what I am missing.

Could you provide us with the following information:
  • If you are not using the latest official version of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX - 2013.3.1324 does upgrading to it resolve the issue?
  • Is the issue browser specific and if so which is the browser and its version?
If the above step, however, doesn't help could you please try to reproduce the issue with the attached VS example and then tell us what changes you have made, so that we can make an investigation locally?

Could I also ask you when you open forum threads/support tickets to choose the proper product name (in this case Data Navigation functionality is related to RadHtmlChart and not RadChart control)?

Thank you for your cooperation.
