Hi everyone,
during the last several days I created a sample solution how to use some core NativeScript functionality. The source code of the solution is in Github - https://github.com/valentinstoychev/nativescript-samples
You can see code there which will help you to understand the following concepts:
- create a new NativeScript application,
- create pages and navigate between them,
- pass parameters between pages,
- implement page layout with layout panels,
- declare UI elements,
- attach events to UI elements,
- use ListView,
- style using CSS,
- consume web services
More samples like this one are coming, I will also do a blog post with more details.
To use this sample code in AppBuilder is very simple.
Use this clone url - https://github.com/valentinstoychev/nativescript-samples.git
Open AppBuilder, click on "Create New Project" >> "Native project" >> choose "clone repository" option and paste the above clone url. Set a project name and hit "Create project". You should be able to use the project inside AppBuilder now. See the attached image for more visual info.
If you have any feedback on the API please let us know.
Best Regards,
Valio Stoychev
