Multiple tooltips when mousing about

I have a Kendo tooltips bound to the tabs of a Kendo tabstrip. When mousing over the tabs, occassionally, I get multiple tabs displayed e.g. they don't clear. See screen grab snippet attached.

I'm afraid that provided information is not sufficient in order to track the cause for the behavior you have described. Therefore, please provide a basic test page in which this behavior can be observed.
