Multiple Tab without scrolling

Hi Team,

I am using one grid and within the grid i am using radtabcontrol.

But i have to use six tab and after third tab all tab are hiding within the scroll bar.

I don't want scroll bar i want tab like the screenshot i am attaching .

Please guide me.
