Multiple selection in Telerik Silverlight 3.0 GridView

Hi,

In silverlight 3. 0 Telerik GridView we can select multiple rows with SelectionMode="Multiple" which works perfectly fine.
But in my case i need to do the same with checkboxes where the user can select the check box for any row which he/she
wants to be selected.I tried  but it didn't work.

It's really urgent for me !

Looking for any help.
