Attached is a screenshot of the function that we want to implement. This was done in Windows form application using the Microsoft Chart library (Dundas Chart for Windows).
Now we want to implement a similar feature for web application. There are 11 chart areas which are aligned with each other, meaning that if you select and zoom any one of them all other get zoomed in the same manner, also they have a common X-axis.

Currently both our ASP.NET RadChart and RadHtmlChart do not support such functionality.
However you may be interested in reviewing our RadChartView for Silverlight which is more than capable of achieving this. You can check our online demos for a real-world example (link1, link2).
