Is it possible to leverage JustCode's code analysis capabilities through MSBuild integration? eventually I would like to use this in a build automation framework like hudson.

To achieve what you want, we will have to make it possible for the engine to run as a standalone tool. Unfortunately, we still use some Visual Studio APIs for solution resolution, so currently the engine can't run without Visual Studio.
