Hi,
I have a user that is created on a trial account. Is it possible to move him to the same account as me?
Can I fix this problem myself. E.g. is it possible to add users to several accounts?

Hi Allan
We tie email addresses to specific accounts so there is no way to add a user to several accounts.
Do you need me to move the mentioned user to your account?
