Hi All,

We are just getting into some R&D with Icenium and we are very impressed so far.

Has anyone experienced any benefits moving their service layer into Everlive if you have an existing REST API up and running? Our initial thoughts are probably not for an existing app - but maybe for new builds.

Anyone had the same experience and want to share their thoughts?

Cheers,

Haydne

I think you are approaching that correctly.
In my opinion the best thing about Everlive is that it saves you a lot of time when building your back-end so you can focus on just your app.
If you are not planning any major new features for your already established back-end you might be better off not making that switch.

Having said that, for your upcoming apps you should definitely give Everlive a try as it will speed up your development considerably and free you from having to deal with server config and maintenance.
