MouseWheel not working in CoverFlow inside Dialog

Hi, I made a user control with a Cover Flow and added it to my canvas and the mousewheel scrolls through the items.  I then used RadWindow and set the content to my user control and called RadWindow.ShowDialog.  Everything works except the mousewheel doesn't scroll my Cover Flow.  Is this a bug or is there a way to send mousewheel events to the cover flow?
