Mouse Hover in Panel bar

Hi i have created menu using Panel bar of Rad controls. And i am loading it dynamicaly from the database. But i can manage to load only the main menu. Not the sub menus inside the main menu. Can you give an example to solve this. Moereover i need this expan and collapase on mouse hover,.
