    Hi,

    I am running moss2007 with Norwegian language. I wanted to set the Language to Norwegian "Norsk (Bokmal)" in the Version 5.4.0.0. Therefore I added to the Config.xml and the ListConfigFile.xml the following statements.

      <property name="Language">nb-NO</property>
      <property name="SpellDictionaryLanguage">nb-NO</property>

    I have also added the following lines to ListToolsFile.xml and ToolsFile.xml

    <languages>
        <language code="nb-NO" title="Norsk (Bokmal)" />
        <language code="nn-NO" title="Norsk (Nynorsk)" />
        <language code="de-DE" title="Tysk" />
        <language code="en-US" title="Engelsk (US)" />
        <language code="fr-FR" title="Fransk" />
      </languages>

    I have added following resource files to the App_GlobalResources folder in Resources and 80 folder.

    RadEditor.Dialogs.nb-NO
    RadEditor.Main.nb-NO
    RadEditor.Modules.nb-NO
    RadEditor.Tools.nb-NO

    The RadEditor field control show the correct Norwegian language,but when I add RadEditor Web Part the tool buttons and tool tips are in English language but the other webpart setting options are in Norwegian langauge.

    Can you please tell me  to change the Language for the RadEditor webpart to Norwegian.

    Regards

    Hi Arun,

    In order to help you further I will need some additional information. Send me the ToolsFile.xml, ConfigFile.xml and *.nb-NO.resx files. I will use these files in order to reproduce the issue on our test server.

    Thank you.

    Hi Arun,

    I tested the problem with the provided files and I was not able to reproduce it. I tested the problem with RadEditor for MOSS 5.8.8. So what I suggest you to do is upgrade to the latest version of the control, which now is 5.8.9. You can find the upgrade instructions in the following online help article:

    For your convenience I created a small video with my test http://screencast.com/t/56pWjps54. Upgrading to a newer version of RadEditor for MOSS

    Hi Stanimir,

    Thanks for the quick response.

    After watching you test video, I have observed that the "Preview Button" on the webpart at bottom is still showing up the text in English. It should show the text "Forhandsvis" but its showing up the text "Preview".

    Regards

    Hello Arun,

    Indeed this is a problem with the WebPart's localization. I debugged the issue and it will be fixed in the next release of RadEditor for MOSS. In mean time I can create a custom dll for you. In order to get it however, you will need to open an official support ticket and if your license is valid I will send it to you.

    Also for the finding of the bug I give you 500 Telerik points.

    All the best,
