We have a shared environment (everybody has their own logon to a VM. Open Access ORM was installed by the sys admin. Except for his login (which has a large menu/selection), we are basically limited to "add domain mode" and "add domain service"

Other users can access the Model Schema Explorer, etc.

So, as an example,  we can't create methods for stored procs.

Hello Philip,

It seems like the OpenAccess VS package is failing to load and you see only the commands which are part of another addin that we install in Visual Studio and takes care of the menus. Are you able to open existing rlinq files? Do the Add Domain Model and Add Domain Service wizards work correctly if you start and finish them? Could you please send us a screenshot of the Telerik -> OpenAccess -> Product Info dialog, if you are able to see it in the menu?

It all cases it would be helpful if you could also send us a log file created by Visual Studio while it is loading. To do that, open the Visual Studio 2010 Command prompt from the Start menu, then Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 -> Visual Studio Tools -> Visual Studio Command prompt (2010). From this console start Visual Studio using the following command:
devenv /log C:\vslog.txt
Wait until it loads, try using some of the OpenAccess wizards, close it and send us the vslog.txt file, so we could have a look at it. Hopefully we will be able to see the problem there.
Thank you in advance for the cooperation.

Greetings,
Alexander
