ModalView open then immediately closes

I've downloaded this repo locally to play with things a bit, and noticed that the error modal window has a strange behavior. It opens for just a split second, and then immediately closes itself.

Its happening for me only on Android.

I am using KendoUI Mobile kendoui.complete.2013.3.1119.trial

Hi Grant,

Could you please clarify your question - does the issue occur in your application or in the MusicStore sample?
If it is in your application, could you please provide a small example which demonstrates your current implementation? I was not able to reproduce the same behavior in the Modal View demo page ( http://demos.kendoui.com/mobile/modalview/index.html ).
