Hi All

I've just noticed this , (been messing around with the app and didn't notice when this happened)
I have RagGrids with a COmmandName = Delete. This I think is a build in command.

The icon doesn't show for this. If I change the command name to a diffferent name other than the built in one (DeleteZ) the icon shows.

Also all the icons have disappeared from the reporting module too.

Andy Ideas.

Hello,

We are aware of this issue and it is fixed in our latest internal build. Please upgrade to it and verify if the problem still exists.

Thanks, this is fixed for the RadGrid, but Reporting is still not showing the default icons.

I have uninstalled previous reporting and installed 621.

Please advise.

Bounce.

Any update on the reports problem, or shall I post in the reports section?

Hello Andy,

Generally it is best to post questions about other products in the relevant sections in our forums. Still this one was forwarded to us (reporting team) and we would need more information on the problem. Please provide explanation which are the icons that are missing. Since the only UI we provide are our report viewers, we suspect it is related to them but we cannot be sure. Have you checked this KB article: The styles of the web report viewer's toolbar are messed up?

Greetings,

See attached screen shot, its is the report viewer.
It was aknowledged that there was a problem with the grid and built in commands, I assumed the response was for both issues. But the reports are still not showing their icons

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the screenshot - it proves the problem is the same as described in my previous reply, so please go through the KB article: The styles of the web report viewer's toolbar are messed up and check the listed causes.

All the best,

Has this found its way back in.

I have just noticed that since upgrading to 2012.3.1030.40 that my delete Icons have gone. Also all the images that I use in the frid disappeared, but I managed to get them back by deleteing the grid mark up and adding them with code behind.

I cant do this for the built in images

Hi,

Indeed the reported issue can be observed in the 2012.3.1030 version of RadControls. The good news is that the problem is already fixed in our latest internal build. My suggestion is to upgrade to it and verify whether any other issues exist.

All the best,
Milena

Thank you, I will give this a try.

A couple of questions if I may:

How has this crept back in again, and is this internal build production stable.
Once I've compiled I'll not want to be upgrading again to a production version of the controls.

Hello,

Internal builds don't go through the full QA process. They are plenty stable to use for your active development, but they are not recommended for production environments (unless you're willing to accept the risk of using a build that's not fully QA'd).

Kind regards,

Thanks.

When will there be production ready code available.? Not soon will be my guess, looks like my best option is to revert to a previous working version.
