Hi Jonathan,
When Cordova provides official support, then you would be able to use Icenium as soon as we introduce support for the respective Cordova version that supports it.

IS there a good way to integrate AppBuilder and Meteor in the meanwhile?

Hi Filip,
There is no official out of the box support for Meteor apps in AppBuilder. The plugin that oVan has given reference to seems to be plugman compatible, so you could give it a try. For more info refer to Working with Custom Plugins article.
