Hello :)

I was wondering if there are any plans to support MenuItems on the ApplicationBarInfo class the way that the Microsoft.Phone.Shell.ApplicationBar class has an collection of ApplicationBarMenuItem.

I would like to associate this type of menu on a RadPickerBox.

Thanks for your input!

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for getting back to us.

The feature is still not implemented but we will do our best to add it for the official Q3 2011 release (expected within 20 days). So stay tuned :)

Hi Georgi,

Thanks for the reply.  I was able to get around this for now by changing the ApplicationBar on the page displaying the RadPickerBox to the desired one during the PopUpClosing event and setting IsFullScreen="False" on the RadPickerBox and it appears to be working well.

Then in the PopUpClosed event I simply set the ApplicationBar on the page back to the original one.

If it can be implemented great, however, I just wanted to provide an update. :)

Thanks,
Ant

Hi Anthony,

I am happy to know that you have found a workaround. Nevertheless, we will try to put this feature for the upcoming Q3 as it will provide completeness to the logic behind our RadWindow and RadPickerBox.

Thanks again for your time and feedback.

Best wishes,
Georgi
