It looks like by default the RadMap is Pannable - very nice. However, when I add markers, then pan to the next map left or right, those markers do not follow. When I pan back to the original view they are there.
Is this by design? In development? Or am I missing something?

Hello Dan,
When the RadMap is panned with dragging or using the Navigator all markers are moved along with the map. This can be examined in the Overview demo of the Map and in this screencast.
If the issue is that the Markers are not rendered in all possible places of the Map when paned too much to the right or left, as per to the correct position on all Maps. This is due to performance matters, so many markers would cause too much localization calculations and possibly affect the performance of the panning and zooming.

If you have a map centered over the Atlantic, with pins through the world, and you would like to Pan right - to center over Europe - now the US is on the right side of the map - and your markers are not there.
This seems like a bug to me

Hi Dan,
Currently I am unable to find a possible and easy workaround for this issue. It is known and logged for further investigation, although due to tasks with higher priority I am unable to firmly estimate when such functionality will be available.
