I downloaded your demo and try the MAP.
Requirement of my application :
1. I want to show the map of south africa.
2. when i click on the any province then it is dril dwon from country layer to province(State Layer) .
3. I also able to select whole provice by clicking on that.

Hi Parthesh,
You can use our DrillDown demo as a guideline on how to achieve the required functionality. Please note that you should use a ShapeFile (ShapeFiles Support documentation) that shows South Africa. Furthermore you'll need multiple information layers (for the countries and for the provinces) as demonstrated in the DrillDown demo.
