Hello,
the RadMap control is not working when https is used. Just try https://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#Map/FirstLook.
I have used the Virtual Earth / Bing Maps Silverlight Control from Microsoft before and it worked fine even with https.
Best regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
I am afraid supporting HTTPS is not in our plans for Q1 2010 and it does not seem to be a trivial one. I will make sure it is reconsidered when discussing our future plans, but I am afraid no certain time frame can be given at the moment.

Is HTTPS supported now? If not, why not and when will it be? Our client operates in a secure environment, so HTTPS support is a requirement.

Hi LaDonna ,
The RadMap supports using the HTTPS for map services which support HTTPS as well. I.e. Bing services supports HTTPS, so Bing map provider can be used over HTTPS. The OpenStreet services doesn't support HTTPS, so OpenStreet map provider will not work over HTTPS.
Kind regards,
