Managing Multiple sites is never so easy. Sitefinity Provides an option in the dashboard to create multiple sites in the dropdown from upper left corner in the dashboard, Just use the existing pages or create new designs with customized settings.

Being a Sitefinity Developer, I have found this feature very helpful in managing all my projects under one dashboard. I can easily visit all my sites and make necessary changes to the site and save them all at once.
