I want to make schedule view Read only. That is user should 1) not allow to edit view 2) not allow to drag and drop. 3 ) Not allowed to delete any dates or slots i.e no delete functionality.
Please to resolve this , its little urgent.

You can use the SpecialSlotStyleSelector to take advantage of the read-only functionality in RadScheduleView. Please, refer to this help article for more details.
