Major and Minor version.

Hello,

We are observing some strange entries  in our telerik analytic portal under My dashboard-> Major and Minor version, we have deployed three build 2.0,2.1,2.2 appbuilder, but the widget is showing  2.0,2.1, 2015.1221, 2015.1224, 2015.1228,2015.1226 ( attached in screen shot).

can some one please suggest what these values are 2015.1221, 2015.1224, 2015.1228,2015.1226 and (2.2 is not there).

Thank you for reaching out.

I have checked your data in the database and I can see the versions you mentioned being reported. This make me believe that, maybe accidentally, your app had reported those versions to our system. Unfortunately I can't tell you the semantics of the data, but for sure they are in our database.

In addition I am able to see the 2.2 version in the database, can you try to select the whole time period (also remove all placed filters if there are some) and check if the version will appear.

Hello Hristo,

Thanks for reply.the question of accidentally reporting does not arise, we have deployed only 2.0,2.1,2.2 version and send across to users, i suspect it has to do with telerik monitor inability to read the version, could be please cross check what could be probable cause.

Hi Ravi,

Thank you for the additional info.

Could you please send us a code piece where you actually initialize the monitor? We are interested in the settings you pass in to the monitor object.

Also, the monitor version will also help in the investigation process. Could you please check it up in the app?
