I'm using a Popup control to display tooltips when validating forms. When I put the user control with my form inside a single RadWindow things work fine. But when I put the form in a RadWindow nested inside another RadWindow the tooltip displays beneath the topmost window. I've uploaded screenshots to illustrate the effect:

Maybe this one will also be solved by the new layout model you're implementing for the component, but I thought I'd let you know anyway.

Hello Henrik,
Yes - we are aware of this - the problem is that all Popup elements are equal in a Silverlight page and this should not be the case with the tooltip. We submitted the issue to the Microsoft team and lets hope that for the next version of the platform this will be fixed.

Ok, that explains it. I guess I will have to find a workaround for now.
