Hello Patrick,

I changed the ticket type to Support, because support tickets have higher priority over forum ones and we'll be able to provide an answer faster.

We examined the attached screenshot and couldn't find anything wrong with it, except maybe the Recent Documents list that shows the last 10 documents and the form size allows displaying more of them. We wouldn't want to make the layout resolution-dependent in order to maintain an uniform look regardless the screen resolution - our statistics show that some of our users have significantly lower resolutions than 2560x1432.

However, we're constantly trying to improve our product and we're open to new ideas and suggestions, so if you would like to elaborate further and share your thoughts about refining the current design, you can do it in this thread, or better - in our Feedback & Ideas portal, where all the users can vote for the suggested features. Based on user's feedback we will consider implementing the proposed features in a future release of our product.

Hi Ivan,

Don't you see that the content of the window is not aligned with the outer of it?
I have the same while working on a report.

Hello Patrick,

Thanks for clarification. We were able to reproduce such behavior on higher DPI settings and the issue is logged in our system for improvement. It would be helpful if you give us some more details about your monitor resolution (probably 2560x1440, but we would like to have it confirmed) and DPI and in case your DPI is greater than 96 (100%), can you try and set it to 100% and see if the issue persists?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Ivan,

I have a 27" monitor with a resolution of 2560x1440. The text size is set at 100% in Windows.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for the update.
Our developers will research further the problem and provide a fix in a consecutive release. The task is not planned yet. The fix will be listed in the release notes of the build, when it is out.

In case the problem remains after a fix is released, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
Stef
