I went to update one of our Web Apps on our testing server and all of a sudden I started getting the "Uncaught ReferenceError: Telerik is not defined" Error. The server is running MWS 2003 R2. IIS is 6. .net runtime version is 4.0. Telerik version is 2016.2.504.40
I know this has something to do with the Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd file but for the life of me I can't put my finger on it. Here is my web.config file:

Hi,
My first suggestion is to use the network tab of the browser dev toolbar to ensure all resource requests return successfully. A common issue is related to various login/authentication mechanisms that block resources and you need to add a <location> element to allow access to our handlers explicitly. You can find an example here: http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/general-information/troubleshooting/general-troubleshooting#using-the-telerik-controls-with-radscriptmanager-on-your-login-page-throws-an-error.
My next advice is to try and remove the AjaxControlToolkit from the project (also make sure to delete their assemblies from the Bin) because they output changes to the MS AJAX library and can cause issues with our controls: http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/general-information/troubleshooting/general-troubleshooting#telerik-controls-are-incompatible-with-ajax-control-toolkit.

Yeah the Login.aspx was a copy and paste mistake. We don't use authentication in that product. Authentication is a manual process.
As for removing the AjaxControlToolkit...I'll have to give that a try when I get some free time. I got by this error by using a web.config from a previous version that worked. Don't know why it worked, but I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.
