Log file is being lost in result tab after execution of list by Schedular

    Hi Team, 

         I scheduled the test list execution using scheduler and it got executed on time. But i didn't get any log in result tab. 

         I restarted the Test studio also but still no luck. 

         TTS version (internal build) : 2016.1.513.1

     

         Cam anyone please assist me?

    Hello Ravish,

    Thank you for contacting us. 

    I will need some further details on the topic to be able to continue the investigation.

    Are you able to reproduce that behavior by each execution of the test list?
    Does this happen with other test lists as well?
    have you ensured the tests in the list are all running successfully? 
    Please let me know if you have scheduled the test list remotely or locally on the same machine? 

    Please collect the application and/or the remote execution log file.  

    Please be informed that if the test list execution is aborted for some reason, no results will be displayed in the Results tab. You first have to ensure clear execution of the script and then try to schedule it. 

    Please elaborate on the topics above and the investigation will continue. Hope to hear from you soon.
